Was ist Leichtathletik?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Laufen, Springen und Werfen sind seit alters her nat\u00fcrliche und grundlegende Bewegungsabl\u00e4ufe des Menschen. Die Leichtathletik hat diese in feste Bahnen des Sports gelenkt und durch ein umfangreiches Regelwerk die individuelle Leistung exakt vergleichbar und messbar gemacht. Sie steht damit Pate f\u00fcr das Motto der Olympischen Spiele: \u201eSchneller, h\u00f6her, weiter.\u201c<\/p>\n

Kinder sind grunds\u00e4tzlich mit Vollendung ihres 6. Lebensjahres herzlich in unseren Trainingsgruppen willkommen. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
